We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Alexandra McGinn to Director of Operations. For the past three years, Alexandra has been an integral part of the social media department, directly managing clients and overseeing the department as a whole. While in this role, she demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills and was proactive in making suggestions to improve our agency’s procedures and culture.

Recognizing her skillset could extend far beyond social media, we created this operations role so Alexandra could spread her talents across the agency. She will continue to oversee the social media department while spearheading new initiatives to improve overall company processes with a focus on communication, productivity, and creating more opportunities for our team to come together both virtually and in person.

Some things you should know about Alexandra:

  • Don’t call her “Alex” if you want to stay on her good side.
  • She hails from Pensacola, Florida and lived in Tallahassee for 6 years. Though she’ll always love the Panhandle, she loves calling Philly her home.
  • She identifies as a Mets fan, but has spent more time at Citizens Bank Park than the rest of our team combined. (We didn’t do the math, but she really goes to a ton of games!) 

We are excited to start implementing Alexandra’s ideas and look forward to seeing how she makes this role her own.
