This honor is particularly meaningful because it’s based on the results of an anonymous employee survey that evaluates our culture, compensation, benefits, trust in senior leadership, and more.
The Philadelphia Business Journal, in partnership with Quantum Workplace, celebrates the region’s top employers annually through its Best Places to Work program. This year’s list features 84 companies across five categories based on company size. SEOM ranked in the top 20 in the small business category.
For over a decade, SEOM has worked hard to create an environment that encourages employees to think outside the box, maintain a positive work-life balance, and develop relationships with clients and coworkers that foster trust and collaboration. Members of the SEOM team at the 2024 Best Places to Work Ceremony
On July 25, Associate Director of SEO Robert Spinrad and Senior PPC Specialist Ryan Hunkins accepted our award at the Best Places to Work ceremony hosted by the PBJ. This year’s celebration was a disco-themed event at Rivers Casino filled with networking, food, and drinks.
“Company pride was on full display during last week’s BPTW event,” said Robert. “Celebrating this achievement with other honorees from across the region was inspiring, and I was proud to attend on behalf of SEOM. Thanks to the PBJ for recognizing us as one of the best places to work!”
