For the fourth time, SEOM Interactive has been named one of the Philadelphia region’s Best Places to Work by The Philadelphia Business Journal, in partnership with Quantum Workplace. The excitement of winning this award will never grow old, as the results are based on anonymous surveys that evaluate a company’s culture, compensation, benefits, trust in senior leadership, and more.
This year’s list features 80 companies across five categories, organized by company size. SEOM ranked in the top 20 in the small business category.
Although the survey is anonymous, we receive valuable feedback from the responses, which helps us gauge how our team truly feels about working at SEOM.
In 2025, supportive was the top word used to describe our work environment. One participant said:
“I rated the organization the way I did because of its strong leadership, supportive work environment, and commitment to continuous improvement. I feel that my contributions are valued, communication is transparent, and there are many opportunities for growth and learning. The company and its leadership also genuinely prioritize employee well-being, which makes it a great place to work.”
We couldn’t be prouder and celebrate our entire team who made this achievement possible.
Celebrating Our Accomplishment
On July 24, Alexandra McGinn, Director of Operations, and Robert Spinrad, Associate Director of SEO, accepted our award at the Best Places to Work ceremony. This year’s theme was Philadelphia sports, so it was fitting that the celebration took place at Xfinity Live! in the heart of the sports complex. The night was filled with food, drinks, networking, and lots of jerseys.
“Celebrating SEOM at this year’s BPTW event felt like being at a playoff game, in the best way possible,” said Alexandra. “From chanting ‘E-A-G-L-E-S’ in a room full of proud employees to showing love for a company we’re genuinely so proud of, we had an unforgettable night. Thank you to PBJ for the honor — go Birds, go SEOM!”
