An established interior design client wanted to attract new business from two high-value markets she hadn’t previously served. While they already had strong online visibility in their core areas, they were not showing up in these new locations. We set out with a goal to increase local visibility and attract potential clients in these markets.

Strategy
Our plan focused on location-specific relevance and search intent:

  • Keyword Research: We conducted keyword research to identify high-intent search queries combining service + location modifiers. This ensured we aligned our strategy with how potential clients were actively searching.
  • Local Page Development: Next, we created dedicated service-area pages for both towns. Each page featured unique, localized content designed to reflect local search intent.
  • On-Page Optimization: We optimized meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, body content, and image alt text to reinforce location signals and improve search visibility.

Results
Since launching the new local pages in August, the site has seen steady month-over-month growth in impressions and traffic for searches related to the new targeted towns.
